BTC stocks and assembles many types of connectors including circular, push/pull, EMI/RFI filtered, modular, coax, miniature, hermetically sealed and others used in medical and laboratory equipment such as monitors, therapeutic devices, imaging and invasive probes, electrophysiology catheters, MRI's, ultrasounds, defibrillators, infusion pumps and more. BTC’s value-added services for medical applications include kitting for various housing and contact options, color coding, solder dipping printed circuit board connectors and assembling modular connectors.

BTC can design in connectors with better cost points or shorter lead times to keep projects within budget and on-time. Modifications and custom connectors are a major portion of BTC’s business. Mounting modifications, special plating, custom keying, special contacts or inserts are just a few examples of our design capabilities. Stock items can be modified quickly and inexpensively to meet customer needs, or we will work with our 28 manufacturers to develop a unique solution for your application.
